Emerson Ndubueze Uwah attended University of Nigeria where he obtained Bachelor of Science Decree in Accountancy. Also he attended the University of Lagos for a Master of Business of Administration Degree. Mr. Uwah is a Chartered Accountant.

Before joining Abucoop, Mr. Uwah worked in Chase Merchant Bank, Price waterhouse, Sigma Systems, All Nations Associates Ltd. and Tomil Trust Ltd. His experiences area are in banking, Auditing, Real Estate, Development, Capital Market, Financial Management as well as regulatory and development Consulting. He brings to the team of management post qualification work experience years in excess of 28years.
